Banana and Blueberry Smoothie July 1, 2015August 31, 2016 Carla Ecca Ingredients: 1 ripe banana 1 cup of blueberries 1 cup of non fat natural yogurt Ice cubes Method: In a blender combine the banana, blueberries, yogurt and ice.
